Description
Teresa Planter believes she has witnessed a murder and contacts the police to report the matter. The only thing is the police are not aware of any murders on their patch or indeed any in the immediate locality. When they meet Teresa, the reason for the confusion seems to become clear: Teresa is an amateur crime writer and although she ‘saw the crime and can give specific details’, she didn’t actually ‘see it’. The police are unsure whether to question her or indeed, whether to question her mental health, whether to charge her with wasting police time or whether to believe what seems to be a clear and concise record of the events leading up to a murder. Could the report be true and if so where is the body?
