Description
This is a play about young people and mental health. It focuses on the story of a fictitious young girl called Cara and her journey through episodes of mental health. The play os based on the true experiences of several young people and their stories and demonstrates their need to be listened to and to tell their own series in their own way. It highlights the obstacles that they feel they experienced in trying to get help and support.
